The institute recognises the need for members to develop knowledge and competence and to be well placed to add value to the claims-handling process. The CPD Record helps you to manage your continuing professional development.

Online papers and quizzes are available to suit every interest and level of expertise. Most papers carry a CPD point score of 1.

The International Federation of Adjusting Associations (IFAA) is a global association with a worldwide audience, and has initiated an Accreditation Programme for individual members of AICLA. More details about this fellowship are available here, including links to the other major Loss Adjusting Institutions.

Each year, the AICLA Board may honour no more than one valued member with Life Membership.
