Chartered Loss Adjusters are there to assist you at times of loss or trauma. They are the 'bridge' between the insurer and the insured and their objective is to establish an outcome that is fair and reasonable to all parties.
If you are interested in becoming a Loss Adjuster, you need to complete the Diploma of Financial Services (Loss Adjusting). To become a member of AICLA, you must be working as a Loss Adjuster, and be prepared to abide by our Charter.
